Job Description

Enter, maintain & organize data in a computer
Handle day to day office activities
Answer phone calls and manage emails

Job Role:
• Coordinate with clients for new joining, document verification, induction etc.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports such as attendance reports, sales reports, and incentive reports.
• Ensure effective client handling and maintain professional communication.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Note:
1. We are prefer candidates from Gurgaon location only or person ready to relocate nearby office on or before joining our company.
2. Work Ratio will be 50% MIS, 20% Calling Between new Joiner and Client, 30% need to use our HR application for document verification and induction.
