MIS Executive

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced MIS Executive proficient in MS Access to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining databases, generating reports, and analyzing data to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain MS Access databases

- Create queries, forms, and reports to meet business requirements

- Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs

- Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards

- Troubleshoot database issues and optimize performance

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in MS Access development

- Strong proficiency in MS Access, SQL, and VBA
