Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our reputed IT company based in Sanganer, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, and system management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

• Analyze data to generate useful business insights and performance metrics.

• Automate reports and dashboards using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various platforms.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data requirements and report delivery.

• Maintain records of processes, templates, and SOPs for all MIS activities.

• Handle ad-hoc data/reporting requirements from management.

Required Skills:

• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of SQL and data query tools.

• Experience with Power BI/Tableau (Preferred).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in IT/Commerce/Statistics).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS/Data Reporting role.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
