We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Admin to manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, support staff and management, and help maintain a productive work environment.
Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflows
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
Manage filing systems—both digital and physical
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Support HR tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee records
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
Ensure office cleanliness and order, coordinating with cleaning staff as needed
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
