Job Description

looking for a Office Admin / Office Assistant to join our Back office located at Barebail near AJ Hospital.

The role involves managing office efficiently, and supporting our Field Service Technicians and performing various administrative tasks.

The position offers Rs.15000 in hand_salary_which includes No leave Bonus and opportunities to learn email skills, working on MS D365 .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assigning service request data to Field Service Technicians

  • Issuing Spare Parts and stock keeping.

  • Email communication.

  • Support various administrative tasks

  • Generate reports and summaries from D365

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with basic computor knowledge

The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to working between 8.30 am till 6.00 pm during the day for 6 days in a week.
