Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

    • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. 

    • Handling correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls. 

    • Preparing reports, presentations, and briefs. 

    • Maintaining databases and filing systems. 

    • Organizing events and conferences. 

    • Taking meeting minutes. 

    • Transcribing from dictation. 

  • Travel and Logistics:

    • Arranging travel, transport, and accommodation. 

    • Booking flights, hotels, car rentals, etc. 

    • Organizing visas and visa invitation letters. 

    • Maintaining travel logs and expenses. 

  • Communication:

    • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external clients. 

    • Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence. 

    • Maintaining a professional and positive demeanor. 

  • Other:

    • Reconciling monthly expenses. 

    • Conducting research on behalf of the manager. 

    • Managing household budgets and ensuring bills are paid on time (in the case of a private PA).
