Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote services/products.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of interactions.
Address customer queries, concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation.
Assist with data entry, preparation of reports, and maintaining databases.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams as required.
Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Oversee courier management, filing, and other clerical duties.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English, Hindi, Telugu, or preferred languages].
Strong telecalling skills with the ability to persuade and build rapport.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
