Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Service, Logistics, Admin) to ensure tasks are executed on time and according to the process.

  • Follow up regularly with team members to ensure adherence to assigned duties and deadlines.

  • Monitor task completion, escalate delays or deviations to the Operations Manager.

  • Support in the implementation of new systems or tools that improve operational efficiency.

  • Track customer service and after-sales support processes to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Act as a bridge between the MDO and various teams to execute instructions effectively.

  • Provide regular reports to management about ongoing projects and process performance.
