  • Enter, maintain & organize data in a computer

An Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a wide range of tasks from managing schedules and correspondence to maintaining databases and providing essential support to colleagues and management. The Admin Executive should be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational skills, and maintain a high level of professionalism.

••Key Responsibilities:••
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized records.
- Create and edit documents using MS Word and MS Excel.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into Tally software.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Provide support in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in administrative and office duties as required.

- ••Quick Learner:•• Ability to quickly grasp new software and office procedures.

- ••Team Player:•• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and management.
