We are seeking a sharp, multi-skilled, and organized Founder's Office Executive to work directly with the founders and leadership team. The ideal candidate will handle strategic support, cross-functional coordination, research, documentation, and follow-ups on key business initiatives. This high-impact role offers exposure to decision-making processes and strategic business operations at a national level.
· Provide direct support to the founders in executing strategic and operational initiatives.
· Coordinate with department heads (Operations, HR, Projects, Marketing, Finance) to ensure timely delivery of action items.
· Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and communication decks for internal and external stakeholders.
· Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and data analysis as required by leadership.
· Manage the founder’s calendar, schedules, meetings, and travel plans.
· Act as a communication bridge between founders and various business verticals.
· Track progress on ongoing projects and follow-up on deadlines.
· Support confidential business matters and drive special projects from time to time.
· Graduate in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
· 2–4 years of experience in business support, executive assistance, or strategy roles.
· Strong analytical, written, and communication skills.
· Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business communication tools.
· Discrete, trustworthy, and comfortable handling confidential information.
· Exposure to high-level strategic discussions and decision-making.
