  • Enter, maintain & organize data in a computer

Handling all the Administrative work in Audit firm

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
Manage office operations, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and cleanliness.
Oversee the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and conferences for partners and staff.
Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, and letters) and ensure timely communication.

2. Client Management:
Coordinate client meetings and manage documentation for client onboarding.
Maintain and organize client records in accordance with company policies.
Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

3. Document Control:
Prepare and process audit-related documentation, reports, and presentations.
Ensure compliance with filing and documentation standards.
Manage confidential records and sensitive information securely.

4. Human Resource Support:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
Monitor staff attendance and coordinate payroll submissions.
Handle employee queries related to policies and benefits.

5. Accounting and Billing:
Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing clients.
Assist in budget preparation and tracking office expenses.
Ensure timely submission of financial records to the management.

6. Compliance and Coordination:
Ensure office compliance with local regulations, including labour laws and audit standards.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office needs.
Support internal audit processes and quality control checks.

7. Technology and IT Support:
Manage office software and hardware requirements.
Ensure proper functioning of systems, including audit tools and client databases.
