Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive located in Pune. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for managing office operations, supporting sales and finance teams, and ensuring efficient communication within the office. Day-to-day tasks include handling administrative duties, data entry, document management, coordinating between departments, and assisting in financial record-keeping. Coordinate with surveyors/TPA/Insurance companies. Writing emails/ letters to customers. Preparing presentations/reports.

Qualifications

• Skills in Back Office Operations and Office Operations

• Excellent Communication skills, verbal as well as written.

• Experience in Sales support

• Knowledge of Finance and financial record-keeping

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in office software and tools, MS office. Outlook etc.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
