Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product inquiries.

• Handle order processing – input orders, verify pricing, discounts, and product codes, and ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including handling complaints and resolving issues promptly.

• Respond to urgent queries via phone, email, or messages, especially when sales representatives are unavailable.

• Maintain accurate sales records, develop filing systems, and assist in preparing regular reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and logistics) to ensure smooth execution of orders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar sales coordination or operations support role.

• Strong administrative and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Awareness of industry trends and basic understanding of commercial operations.
