Operation Executive

We are looking for a professional Ops Executive to join Arcos Sill Management Services in GURGAON-SECTOR 66. The position offers an in-hand salary of Hike on existing salary and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates based on client requirements.

• Coordinate with business development and client servicing teams to understand manpower needs.

• Maintain a strong database of potential candidates for various roles.

• Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Oversee onboarding and documentation processes, including background checks, ID verification, and offer letters.

• Handle employee queries related to attendance, payroll, leaves, and other HR policies.

• Coordinate training and induction programs as needed.

• Identify and research potential clients and initiate discussions.

  Job Requirements:

Candidates should have Graduation Degree (Preferably MBA). Strong organizational skills, time-management, and basic computer proficiency are important for this role.
