We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Executive to manage our stock levels, ensure accuracy in inventory records, and support overall warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and experienced in handling inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock data regularly.

• Track stock movement (inward/outward) and report discrepancies.

• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconciliations.

• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams for stock planning.

• Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to avoid shortages or overstocking.

• Use inventory software/ERP systems for real-time inventory management.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.

• Ensure compliance with safety, storage, and documentation standards.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with Freshers.
