Job Description

Enter, maintain & organize data in a computer
Handle day to day office activities
Answer phone calls and manage emails

Handle customer orders efficiently to ensure on-time delivery
2. Monitor and update the progress of orders, especially those marked as "in transit"
3. Track and resolve return orders promptly
4. Address issues with non-delivery reports and provide timely updates
5. Collect customer feedback and reviews to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
6. Monitor abandoned carts and follow up with customers to drive conversion through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
