Operation Executive

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operation Executive to manage our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience, average English communication skills, good coordination abilities, and strong knowledge of Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution

- Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and clients

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

- Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in an operations or administrative role

- Average English communication skills (written and verbal)

- Good coordination abilities and attention to detail

- Strong knowledge of Excel (data analysis, reporting, and visualization)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong organizational and time management skills
