Operation Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operational Executive to support our mutual fund operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in back-office processes, transaction processing, and coordination with registrars and fund houses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle mutual fund transactions including purchases, redemptions, switches, and SIPs

• Coordinate with RTAs (Registrar and Transfer Agents) and AMCs (Asset Management Companies)

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting and reconciliation of client investments

• Maintain client records and assist with documentation and KYC compliance

• Support the operations team in process improvement and automation initiatives

• Ensure compliance with SEBI and other regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field

• 4–6 years of experience in mutual fund operations or financial services

• Familiarity with MF platforms like NSE NMF, or MF Central is preferred

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and back-office systems

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team
