Position Overview:

The Sales Backend Executive (Demo and Product Training) is responsible for supporting the sales team by organizing and conducting product demos, facilitating product training sessions, and ensuring that sales representatives are well-equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to sell the company’s products effectively. This role acts as a bridge between the sales, product, and training teams, ensuring that all demos and training materials are aligned with the latest product features and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Demos and Presentations:

    • Organize and conduct product demos for prospective clients, providing a detailed walk-through of product features and benefits.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to tailor the demo content to client needs and ensure alignment with the sales strategy.

    • Ensure that all demos are delivered in a clear, engaging, and professional manner, highlighting the product’s value proposition.

    • Respond to client questions during demos and provide relevant technical insights or support.

  2. Product Training for Sales Team:

    • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team, ensuring they are up to date on the latest product features, functionalities, and best practices.

    • Create and deliver product training materials such as presentations, documentation, and video tutorials.

    • Develop and maintain training schedules, ensuring timely and relevant training sessions are available for the sales team.

    • Ensure the sales team is trained on how to use product features to address client pain points and close deals effectively.

  3. Collaboration with Product and Sales Teams:

    • Work closely with the product development team to stay informed about new features, updates, and technical specifications.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand common client queries, objections, and feedback to incorporate into demo content and training sessions.

    • Act as a liaison between the sales team and the product team, ensuring that product knowledge is communicated effectively and understood by the sales staff.

  4. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Prepare product demo scripts, training manuals, FAQs, and other materials to ensure a smooth and effective training process.

    • Document and report on training outcomes, identifying areas where the sales team needs additional support or information.

    • Track the effectiveness of product demos and training sessions by gathering feedback from sales reps and clients, and adjust future sessions accordingly.

  5. Sales Support and Assistance:

    • Provide support to sales reps during product demonstrations, helping them answer technical questions or troubleshoot issues during client presentations.

    • Assist the sales team with proposal creation, ensuring that product-related information is accurately presented to clients.

    • Help sales representatives with product-related queries or concerns they may encounter during the sales process.

  6. Continuous Improvement:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the company’s products and services, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and educate sales teams and clients.

  • Strong presentation and demo skills, with the ability to make product features engaging and understandable.

  • Ability to quickly grasp new product features and technical details.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools, training platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
