               Manage last-mile delivery operations to ensure products are delivered on time.

Lead and motivate a team of 40-50 employees.

Work with other teams to improve delivery processes.

Develop strategies to improve delivery efficiency.

Experience:   experience in AMAZON  last-mile operations (companies like Xpressbees, Delhivery.com, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, etc.). is preferable

Qualifications:

Experience in last-mile delivery operations, especially with Amazon.

Strong skills in Excel.

Leadership experience managing a team of 40-50 people.
