   Manage the supply chain, including scouting for best quality produce at reasonable prices

·       Inventory management on raw material as well as finished products

·       Improve on the packaging material and process

·       Production planning of different SKUs as per demand

·       Logistics management between the production hub and the dark kitchens, retail and wholesale outlets

·       Ensure compliance with all licenses and regulatory approvals

·       Management of the production and logistics staff

·       Innovative thinking to improve on the existing production processes.
