Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations across sourcing, supply chain, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.

• Monitor daily workflows and ensure timely movement of goods from source to customer.

• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, quality, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain inventory health, optimize stock levels, and minimize wastage.

• Use data and MIS tools to track KPIs and generate reports on operational performance.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

• Lead and mentor a team of on-ground operations staff.
