3. Invoicing: Manage billing processes, track payments, and maintain financial records accurately.
4. Business analytics: Analyze operational data to identify trends, optimize workflows, and support decision-making.
5. Marketing assistance: Assist with creating promotional content using Canva, managing social media calendars, and executing marketing campaigns.
6. Customer relations management: Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, and maintain long-term relationships.
7. System adaptability: Learn and efficiently use point-of-sale (POS) systems to manage sales and inventory.
