Job Title: Operations Associate

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400703

Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (3 Shifts)

6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily verification of vessel call updates and cargo document uploads.

Prepare and send policing reports to respective stakeholders.

Handle client policing for assigned clients to ensure smooth operations.

Participate in weekly meetings to discuss challenges and provide updates on key issues.

Identify areas of improvement and provide suggestions to enhance operational efficiency.

Manage and respond to emails in the assigned client folder efficiently.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations/logistics/shipping.

0-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field (freshers can apply).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
