We are looking for a dynamic Purchase Executive to handle procurement activities for raw materials, machine parts, and other essential supplies for our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor management, negotiations, and supply chain operations, ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement. Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.Prepare and process purchase orders in coordination with internal departments.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and production teams for timely replenishment.Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, machine components, and other essential supplies.Maintain strong vendor relationships and explore new sourcing opportunities.Work closely with the quality control team to ensure purchased materials meet required standards.Manage procurement records, invoices, and reports for auditing and compliance.Stay updated on market trends, new materials, and cost-effective alternatives.Handle import/export documentation (if applicable) and coordinate logistics for smooth supply chain operations.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in a manufacturing industry.Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems for purchase management.Knowledge of procurement best practices, vendor management, and cost control.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
