We are hiring a Purchase Executive for our cloud kitchen in Santacruz. The role involves sourcing and procuring kitchen raw materials, packaging, and essentials, managing vendor relations, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely supply to support daily operations. Candidates must have 2–4 years of experience in food and beverage (F&B) or hospitality purchasing, strong negotiation skills, and a working knowledge of inventory management. Salary offered is ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month—6-day work week. Timing: 9 AM – 6 PM.
