Purchase Executive

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, purchasing, and vendor management, particularly in the construction, building material supply, paint industry, furniture, or showroom sectors. The candidate will be responsible for managing the purchasing activities for a new showroom's product range, following up with vendors, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure and manage inventory for new showroom products (including construction materials, paints, furniture, etc.).

• Identify and establish relationships with new suppliers and vendors.

• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best deals.

• Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival of products.

• Conduct regular vendor assessments and evaluations to ensure quality and compliance.

• Manage procurement processes, including purchase orders, invoicing, and documentation.

• Work closely with the team to ensure all materials and supplies meet project deadlines and requirements.

• Regular follow-up with vendors to ensure the timely supply of materials and products.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products to the showroom.

• Maintain accurate records and data in the Tally system.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain transparency in all dealings.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar role within the construction, building material supply, paint industry, furniture, or showroom sectors.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.

• Familiarity with Tally software for record-keeping and procurement documentation.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of market trends and pricing in the relevant industries.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
