Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive (Fresher) to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to support the purchasing operations efficiently. This role involves assisting in vendor management, procurement planning, and ensuring timely acquisition of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing suppliers and negotiating prices for raw materials, products, and services.

Support the purchase process, including order placement, tracking, and coordination with vendors.

Maintain and update purchase records, reports, and vendor databases.

Work closely with internal departments to understand purchase requirements.

Ensure timely delivery of materials and follow up with suppliers for order status.

Verify invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders for accuracy.

Assist in evaluating vendor performance based on cost, quality, and timely delivery.

Stay updated with market trends and pricing strategies to make informed purchase decisions.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.

Handle documentation related to procurement activities.

Qualification:

B.com/B.B.B.A Or related degree
