Purchase Executive

We are hiring a motivated and detail- oriented Purchase assistant for Sri Pooja Hardware and Electricals at Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting purchasing operations, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely procurement of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating vendors based on price, quality, and delivery reliability.

• Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely order placements.

• Track orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

• Coordinate with internal teams to identify purchasing needs.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must have basic experience in the field

Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP software.
