This individual will work closely with both the purchasing team and marketing department to align procurement activities with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure the best products at competitive prices.

Collaborate with suppliers to identify promotional opportunities or co-branded campaigns.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to make informed purchasing decisions.

Analyze purchasing data to ensure the company is acquiring the right products for maximum ROI.

Campaign Support:

Assist in creating marketing campaigns that align with purchasing activities and seasonal product offerings.

Coordinate promotional activities with suppliers to ensure products are highlighted in marketing materials.

Brand Alignment:

Ensure all purchased products align with brand standards and marketing strategies.

Work with the design team to develop product packaging that reflects the brand identity.

Purchasing Planning:

Collaborate with the purchasing department to forecast product needs and ensure timely deliveries.

Contribute to the development of a purchasing budget and monitor spend.
