Job Summary:•

The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, goods, and services required for the organization. The role involves vendor management, price negotiation, purchase order processing, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products.

### Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement & Sourcing:

- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.

- Source raw materials, equipment, and other necessary items as per company requirements.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

2. Negotiation & Vendor Management:

- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers.

- Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delivery or quality.

3. Purchase Order Processing:

- Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) based on approved purchase requisitions.

- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contracts.

4. Inventory & Stock Management:

- Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage stock levels efficiently.

- Ensure optimum inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.

- Conduct regular inventory audits and reports.

5. Compliance & Documentation:

- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

- Maintain proper documentation of purchases, supplier agreements, and payment records.

- Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payment processing.

6. Market Research & Cost Control:

- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and industry trends.

- Analyze procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
