Answer phone calls and manage emails

POSITION: Purchase Assistant LOCATION: Chennai, India Roles and Responsibilities:
• Preparing Delivery Challan towards Loading on daily basis.
• Preparing Proforma Invoice for senior sales person's Clients.
• Attending India Mart, Just Dial, and Now Floats Call Enquires regularly.
• Updating Promotion On Now Floats In Our Website.
• Converting The India Mart and Just Dial calls To Orders.
• Preparing Proforma for India Mart and Just Dial Customers.
• Submitting and Recording the Delivery Challan and Bills to Godown.
• Assisting sales and purchase team.
• Updating the commercial grade rate in drive.
• Attending client calls and handling enquiries from various platforms.
• Handling end to end sales co-ordination.
• Preparing proforma post order confirmed.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding stock availability and rolling for the day of purchase.
• Ensuring the stock availabilities with the godown supervisors and make purchase plan accordingly.

Requirements:
• Male candidate aged between 20 to 30 years.
• Excellent communication in Hindi, Telugu, English.
• Proficiency in basic computer applicants (Microsoft office, etc.).

Salary will not be a constraint but based on qualification, requisite skills and experience
