Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery timelines.

• Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.

• Place and track orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules.

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manage vendor performance.

• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to avoid shortages or excess stock.

• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any procurement-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of inventory management and cost control strategies.
