Designation Supply Chain Manager Goals Optimize operations, reduce costs, ensure timely delivery, manage risks, enhance sustainability, and improve supplier relations. Key Tasks Plan materials, hardware, and resources Raise purchase requirements Oversee production planning and dispatch Control process (Qty, size, color, etc.) Manage inventory and logistics Conduct technical discussions with sales or CEO/GM Handle packing, inspection, and quality assurance Handover production sheets to Factory Manager and contractors Prepare finished goods memo for accounts Attend weekly production meetings Visit the factory twice a week Perform incoming and outgoing inspections Maintain OA files and key documents Update sales manager on production and delivery schedules Analyze and optimize production processes Implement continuous improvement strategies Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for enhancemen Metrics (KPI) On-Time Delivery Rate, Inventory Turnover, Supply Chain Cost as % of Revenue, Order Accuracy Rate, Supplier Reliability, Lead Time Reduction, Freight Cost per Unit, Return Rate, Compliance Rate, Sustainability Metrics.
