Quality Analyst – B2B Lead Generation
Quality Assurance & Monitoring:
• Monitor and evaluate lead generation calls, emails, and communication processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Review leads for accuracy, completeness, and relevance based on campaign and client requirements.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the B2B lead generation industry or a related field.

• Process Improvement:
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of lead generation operations.
• Collaborate with the operations team (partner or in-house) to ensure continuous process optimization and adherence to best practices.

• Feedback & Training:
• Provide feedback and coaching to lead generation teams to improve performance and maintain quality standards.
