The Sales Executive (Back-End) is responsible for supporting the front-line sales team by handling documentation, quotations, inquiry follow-ups, preparing proforma invoices, coordinating work orders, managing CRM/Excel records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage sales quotations and proforma invoices.
Follow up on customer inquiries via email/calls.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts for smooth order execution.
Maintain data records and update CRM or Excel trackers.
Assist in post-sales support and client documentation.
Support field sales team with backend tasks and reporting.
