Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Supervisor to manage overall operations, including dispatch and team coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring smooth workflow, and leading the team to achieve operational efficiency.

Manage and oversee dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Supervise the entire team and assign tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor daily operations and resolve any issues to maintain efficiency.

Coordinate with different departments for seamless execution of work.

Maintain reports, records, and operational logs.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Motivate and guide the team to achieve performance targets

Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software is a plus.
