We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Manpower Supervisor to join our team at ]SK Outsourcing Pvt Ltd in Navi Mumbai, located at Rabale MIDC. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit client sites regularly to ensure smooth operations.

• Address and resolve employee queries effectively.

• Maintain knowledge of PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.

• Manage employee attendance and ensure proper records.

• Coordinate with management for workforce-related issues.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with Graduate & Minimum 1 year of experience in Manpower handling, who are proficient in employee management and compliance. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to working on field i.e to visit client sites regularly during the day shift.
