Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced cSupervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are met efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company quality standards. This role involves supervising a team of operators, coordinating workflows, and collaborating with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the floor.

• Monitor production output to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.

• Enforce company policies and safety regulations.

• Maintain production schedules and ensure timely completion of manufacturing orders.

• Identify process improvements and implement efficiency-enhancing practices.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to improve performance and productivity.

• Report daily production metrics and issues to upper management.

• Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure machine reliability.

• Ensure raw materials and resources are used efficiently and with minimal waste.

• Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns professionally and promptly.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
