Tally Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day back-office operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Handle data entry, maintain accurate records, and update internal databases.

• Operate Tally Prime software for accounting entries including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal entries, etc.

• Support billing, invoicing, and bank reconciliation activities.

• Handle email communications, documentation, and file management.

• Assist in inventory management and stock updates in Tally.

• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments.

• Maintain confidentiality of company data and client information.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally Prime .

• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Good communication skills (written and verbal).

• Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
