Technical Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Technical Expertise:

   • Possess knowledge of IS 694, IS 1554, and IS 7098 standards.

   • Stay updated on industry regulations and technical specifications related to cables.

2. Customer & Sales Support:

   • Resolve technical queries from customers and the sales team efficiently.

   • Provide technical guidance and clarification on product specifications and applications.

3. Documentation & ERP Management:

   • Prepare technical datasheets and bill of materials (BOM) for cables.

   • Accurately maintain and update records in the ERP (Capbro) system.

4. Data Management:

   • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.

   • Generate reports and maintain organized technical documentation.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
