Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
6 months of experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
Knowledge of Malayalam, Telugu, or Tamil is a (preferred).
