Job Title: Personal Care Assistant (Companionship & Grooming Support)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant to support individuals who are dependent and unable to manage their grooming and daily self-care. This role involves assisting clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and day-to-day activities while ensuring their comfort, dignity, and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with grooming activities such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, and maintaining personal hygiene.

• Support with nail cutting, diaper changing, and oral hygiene to ensure cleanliness and comfort.

• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the overall well-being of the client.

• Support mobility and assist with light physical activities, ensuring safety at all times.

• Help with routine tasks such as meal assistance, medication reminders, and basic housekeeping as needed.

• Maintain a respectful and patient approach while ensuring clients feel valued and comfortable.

• Communicate with family members or caregivers regarding the client’s well-being and any necessary updates.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in caregiving, personal care assistance, or a related field is a plus.

• Compassionate, patient, and understanding nature with a strong sense of empathy.

• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.

• Physically capable of assisting clients with mobility and personal care tasks.

• Good communication skills in ENGLISH , KANNADA AND HINDI .
