Job Description

Prepare blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients
Install structures and fixtures such as windows and molding
Measure, cut & shape wood, plastic and other materials

Manage daily factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Ø Supervise and train production staff to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.

Ø Implement quality control processes to meet customer standards and regulatory requirements.

Ø Coordinate with design, sales, and procurement teams to ensure seamless production.

Ø Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Ø Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

Ø Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to production staff.

Ø Meet production targets, deadlines, and budget requirements
