As a Branch Sales Executive at Bayars Coffee, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards in coffee quality and store hygiene. • Store Operations:
• Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the branch.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and overall customer experience.
• Sales & Customer Service:
• Drive store sales.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Promote new products and seasonal offerings.
• Inventory & Stock Control:
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishment.
• Reduce wastage and ensure efficient usage of ingredients.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Reporting & Compliance:
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Handle cash and online operations.
