Job Description
- Manage sales, transactions and bills
- Handle all cash & credit card transactions
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly sale records
Previous experience in a bar & restaurant
Process customer payments (cash, credit/debit cards).
Issue receipts and return the correct change.
Keep the cash register area clean and organized.
Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
Work with bartenders and servers to ensure a smooth flow of orders.
Help with stock taking or replenishing supplies near the bar.
Address customer questions or issues related to billing.
Good math skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with cash registers or POS (point of sale) systems.
Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
