Job Title: Customer Frontline Associate (CFA)

Department: Operations

Location: Mumbai- Fort CST, Charni road, Dadar, Matunga.

Job Description:

As a Customer Frontline Associate (CFA) at Raju Ki Chai, you will be the face of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Reporting to the Store COO, you'll interact directly with customers, upsell products, and assist in store operations. Your focus will be on delivering excellent service, boosting sales, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Interaction: Engage with customers and provide personalized recommendations.

· Product Upselling: Proactively upsell products to increase sales.

· Order Management: Ensure accurate, timely order processing and customer satisfaction. Managing online offline orders, Despatch orders, packing of orders.

· Customer Satisfaction: Address customer concerns and ensure prompt service.

· Brand Representation: Promote Raju Ki Chai’s values and create memorable experiences.

· Store Operations: Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

· Team Collaboration: Work with the Store head and team for smooth operations and managing inventory and outlet Staff.

· Sales Goals: Help achieve store sales targets through effective service.

· Customer Retention: Build relationships and encourage repeat visits.

· Promotions & Offers: Communicate promotions to customers.

Shift timings: should come 5 -10 minutes before the shift starts

· 7:30 am to 5:30 pm ,

· 3:00 or 3:30 pm to closing i.e. 1:30 am or 2:00 am

Shifts will be assigned based on outlet requirements, and candidates should be flexible to work at any outlet as needed.
