Job Description

Manage sales, transactions and bills
Handle all cash & credit card transactions
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly sale records

Handle billing and cash/card/UPI transactions using the POS system

Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and submit reports to the accounts team

Ensure cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of shifts

Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure order accuracy and timely billing

Manage billing-related customer queries and resolve issues with a calm demeanor

Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier desk

Support inventory and petty cash records if required
