About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and passionate Manager to lead and manage end-to-end execution of our learning programs for Blue-Collar Skilling. The ideal candidate will have a background in developing content for the e-learning or ed-tech industry. An understanding of the Indian Blue-Collar ecosystem, combined with technical proficiency, is essential. The role requires expertise in Curriculum and Content Design, Project Management and Quality Assurance.
We are a young tech startup aiming to drive transformational social change at scale in the Blue-Collar Universe of 1Bn workers across South Asia, through Skilling, Jobs & Career growth, Social Platforms, and Financial Inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze learner needs and contexts.
• Design instructional end goals and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and other professionals to develop quality curricula and learning resources.
• Review content for relevance, accuracy, quality and alignment with Learning Objectives.
• Offer comprehensive feedback to the team including writers, graphic designers and animators.
• Ensure end content is compliant with company standards, industry standards and best practices.
• Coordinate all pre-production and post-production activities.
• Develop assessments that directly align with the course objectives.
• Maintain project documentation and course folders
• Communicate project metrics, timelines, and other details pertaining to project completion to all stakeholders effectively.


Required Skills and Competencies

• Awareness of the latest learning theories, frameworks, models, and evaluation techniques that align with the needs of the digital learner.
• Experience working with content development teams.
• Thorough understanding of all aspects of Course Design including curriculum, research, content review and storyboarding.
• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage large, complex projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in working with recent versions of Microsoft Suite.
• Experience working cross-functionally and with Subject Matter Experts.
• Positive Attitude and the ability to thrive in a high work pressure environment.
• Building and sustaining positive relationships.
