Job Description:
Winter Bear is seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator & Illustrator who has expertise in webtoon panelling, as well as video and photo editing. The ideal candidate will be skilled in bringing stories to life visually, creating detailed and immersive webtoon illustrations, and editing videos and photos to promote and enhance our projects. In this role, you'll collaborate with our creative team to produce high-quality content that aligns with our company’s vision and elevates our brand presence across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Webtoon Panelling & Illustration:
o Design, illustrate, and colour webtoon panels that are visually engaging and support compelling storytelling.
o Work closely with the writing team to ensure artwork complements the narrative, character arcs, and overall tone of the webtoon.
o Create polished and detailed illustrations for characters, backgrounds, and scenes.
o Ensure consistency in art style across all webtoon episodes and projects.
• Video Editing:
o Edit promotional videos, trailers, behind-the-scenes content, and teasers for upcoming webtoon releases and other marketing purposes.
o Create visually appealing video content using a combination of animation, video clips, and motion graphics.
o Ensure all videos align with the company’s branding and visual identity.
• Photo Editing & Graphic Design:
o Edit and enhance photos for promotional campaigns, social media content, and advertisements.
o Design marketing materials like banners, social media posts, thumbnails, and posters that support the webtoon’s visual identity.
o Ensure all edited content is high-quality, polished, and consistent with Winter Bear’s aesthetic.
• Collaboration & Feedback:
o Work collaboratively with writers, designers, and other content creators to maintain a seamless creative process and ensure the final product is top-notch.
o Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for webtoon content, promotional materials, and video content.
o Respond to feedback and make revisions in a timely manner to meet project deadlines.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in webtoon illustration, including strong skills in panelling and storytelling through art.
• Proficiency in digital illustration software (e.g., Clip Studio Paint, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong video editing skills, with experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Expertise in photo editing using software like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
• A keen eye for detail, creativity, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise in webtoon illustration, video editing, and photo editing is essential.
